Carla is a seasoned yachting professional with over 14 years of international experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the Americas. Before setting sail from Palma de Mallorca, launching a dynamic career on board luxury yachts. She has since trained with The British Butler Academy and is a certified Super Yacht Purser, currently advancing her expertise through a Super Yacht Management Certification. Carla brings a refined eye for detail, leadership, and service excellence to every role.

Carla brings a refined eye for detail, leadership, and service excellence to every role. Beyond the deck, she’s passionate about fitness—especially HIIT and Bodypump training—and is an avid long-distance swimmer. She also has a keen interest in collecting vintage items from vinyl records to classic cars. Driven by a desire to give back, Carla aspires to one day lead impactful community development projects across Africa through corporate social investment initiatives.

  • Carla is a creative and curious person with a mix of unique hobbies. She enjoys building 3D puzzles, getting lost in murder mysteries, and growing new indoor plants through propagation. Music is one of her biggest passions, and she’s proud of her large vinyl record collection. To stay active and clear her mind, Carla also swims regularly. Her blend of calm creativity and lively interests makes her a genuinely engaging person.

  • Carla was a young achiever, earning her first Chief Stewardess role at just 23. Now, with 12 years of experience in the position, she’s a walking library of knowledge when it comes to boats and life at sea.

  • Carla loves working at sea because she thrives in a dynamic environment. She enjoys the constant changes, the need to adapt quickly, and the challenge of making the impossible possible. The ever-shifting nature of life onboard keeps her energized, focused, and inspired.
